The location next to the beach was beautiful. It was great value for money with a convenient décor. In general the staff were superbly friendly and amazingly kind.

It boasts good, amazing location really close to the sea and mountains, and restaurants n places of interest. The room is well-appointed and brand-new with magic views of the ocean.

Its location was great and incredible, just next door to the amazing mountains, whale watch before " official " check in time and the Esplanade.

The unit we got was reasonably sized and airy with 2 bedrooms and microwave plus comfort in.

The stay certainly was great value for money. Studio suite had upgrades, it was tidy and functional. The bed was very comfy and there were a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges. The staff was super friendly and consistently courteous, good service.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The service was good with a friendly check-in. Got reasonably large, airy room with comfortable beds, a wonderful view, for example. The staff was amazingly kind and pleasant all the time.

This accommodation was in the central location close to restaurants if you had a cat. It was also close enough to town centre and seal colony, township and the beach and town with lovely views of the Kaikoura Mountain ranges.

Location: the hotel was near to the South Island and the best restaurants. The studio suite was brand-new with good sized spa bath and the location was perfectly comfortable and handy.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. I paid a little extra for an upgrade to a studio room with a view and it was well worth it. The room was spacious, tidy, and had a super view of both the mountains and the sea. The hotel is located a bit away from the center of town, which made it quiet and peaceful. The free WiFi was a bonus, and the staff provided great service. The basic amenities in the room were all in good condition, and the cleanliness was spotless. The breakfast provided was also nice, with a wide selection of cereals, juice, fruit, and toast.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory and there is nothing that needs improvement.

The hotel was close enough to shops, parks, cafes and bars, a wonderful bar/ restaurant, and a lovely swim able beach and walking distance to restaurants thanks to its comfortable and handy location.

Very comfortable location with excellent coastal and mountain views. Very pleasant.

Clean but sterile ! Nothing that would entice us to come back I'm afraid. Value for money I think we could have chosen better.

It was well-appointed and brand-new with a spa bath, good enough for overnight stay. The room had a microwave, central heating, iron and ironing board plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The location was stunning, right on the waterfront in Kaikoura and the interior design was nice.
